We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 per order. Orders are sent via Australia Post and should arrive within 10 business days with standard tracked shipping.
If you'd like to pick up from a market and avoid postage costs, please use the coupon code when ordering.
washing instructions
Care instructions are included with each product. In general, most products are made from cotton and should be washed before use, cold machine wash is fine, line dry, no need to iron unless that's your thing!

returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and return items within 7 days of delivery. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if there are any issues with your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that these items can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalised orders, used products for health/hygiene reasons.
